About The Position

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking a qualified plumber ready to transition from the field to a primary sales role. Since 2000, we have been a leading service company in the Spokane metro area, known for our top-notch service and outstanding customer care. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and focus on educating customers and driving sales.

Requirements

• Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software

Nice To Haves

• Ability to guide and train an apprentice

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on plumbing solutions.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and sell repairs to customers.
• Guide and train an apprentice.
• Utilize an iPad and Service Titan software for job management.
