About The Position

The model involves partnering with a field technician throughout the entire job, guiding the process remotely in real-time to function as a two-person sales system. You will be involved in the call from start to finish, not just the close, helping to shape the outcome from the beginning. This is a live, in-call sales leadership position where you coach the technician, guide the call structure, ensure process adherence, and lead the homeowner conversation with real-time diagnostics and visual proof from the field.
