About The Position

As an In-Home Plumbing Sales Specialist, you will run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates. This role involves engaging with people in their homes to discuss potential solutions. You will also act as a project manager for customers, providing support before, during, and after installations. Collaboration with various plumbing team members is essential, ensuring everyone has the necessary information. Maintaining thorough notes and prompt communication via email, calls, and texts is crucial for seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation
  • Valid local driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Acceptable criminal background record
  • Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
  • Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
  • Assertive and confident personality
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Commitment to company values
  • Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
  • Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera
  • Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable & punctual attendance
  • Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Prior knowledge related to home construction, plumbing, and general mechanics
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D., or college degree
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in the Spanish language

Responsibilities
