About The Position

Join PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as a Plumbing Sales Consultant! You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, and manage customer records in ServiceTitan while helping homeowners make informed decisions through clear, educational communication. The ideal candidate has at least one year of plumbing sales experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass all background and drug screenings. A customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning will excel in this dynamic, growth-oriented role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Plumbing Sales Experience
  • High School diploma; College or Technical diploma preferred
  • Need to be able to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR
  • Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Operate sewer cameras and leak detection equipment to diagnose plumbing issues accurately.
  • Perform hands-on tasks such as pulling and resetting toilets as needed.
  • Clearly communicate findings to homeowners and present repair/replacement options.
  • Educate customers on plumbing solutions without high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Prepare estimates and assist in closing sales for plumbing services.
  • Update and manage customer information in ServiceTitan (CRM tool) to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and continual education during work and after work hours to improve skills and stay up to date with industry advancements.
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
