About The Position
Join our growing and dedicated Plumbing Sales Team! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant who excels at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right plumbing solutions. This role offers excellent earning potential for individuals who are driven to provide outstanding customer experiences while helping homeowners improve the comfort and reliability of their plumbing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales, plumbing sales, home services, construction sales, or a related field (equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
- Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service
Nice To Haves
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
- Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems is preferred; plumbing industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and installation solutions
- Build trust with customers by educating them on available options and helping them make informed decisions
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing projects
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure projects are scheduled and completed successfully
- Maintain detailed customer records, sales activities, and job documentation in company software
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Represent the company professionally and uphold company values in every customer interaction
