About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a motivated Plumbing Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on tunnel and sewer sales, providing leads to the representative to close. The position offers significant earning potential for self-motivated individuals with strong closing skills in a residential sales environment.
Requirements
- Experience in Outside Sales.
- Experience in One-Call-Close sales.
- Experience in a residential In-Home sales environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive to sales locations.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong closing skills.
- Pre-employment screening.

- Experience in the Skilled Trades business model (Plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
- Drive to sales locations, meet with customers in their homes, and evaluate/present options.
- Engage in relationship selling to earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
