Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
Pass an appropriate aptitude test and drug screen.
Ability to perform a great deal of lifting and climbing.
Self-starters.
Strong mechanical background.
Good working and learning attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment both indoors and outdoors.
Dependability.
Ability to work well as a member of the construction team.
