About The Position

The Plumbing Performance Coach will offer coaching and training in the field for our apprentices and experienced plumbing and drains team. As a dynamic field manager, your priority is to grow revenue and empower your team to exceed expectations. From field mentorship to strategic coaching, you’ll ensure every team member is equipped and motivated to close the deal while growing their plumbing skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a leadership role with a strong focus on driving revenue required.
  • The ability to troubleshoot residential plumbing work for apprentices and journeyman is a necessity.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Skilled in damage control and closing deals.
  • Ability to multitask, implement processes, and adapt to change.
  • Comfortable splitting time between field one-on-one ride alongs, and office leadership (80/20).

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Set ambitious goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets in our plumbing and drains departments.
  • Develop Top Performers: Train and mentor the team through 1:1 coaching, weekly meetings, and hands-on field guidance.
  • Lead from the Front: Demonstrate best practices by running opportunities as a working manager to inspire and train your team.
  • Ensure Consistency: Enforce processes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Partner with electrical, HVAC, and sales teams to create seamless cross-trade opportunities.
