Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential plumbing operations
- Proven track record in both Commercial and Residential plumbing operations
- Sales-driven and highly competitive
- Commercial sales/business development experience
- Highly motivated candidate with a strong track record in business development
- Results-oriented and accountable
- Strong knowledge of home service industry marketing
- Comfortable being measured by KPIs
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies when business demands
- Capable of making difficult decisions
- Passionate about building a winning team and company culture

Responsibilities
- Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards
- Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
- Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
- Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
- Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards
