Plumbing Manager (Residential Service)
About The Position
This role is for a seasoned residential plumber with significant field experience who is ready to transition into a leadership position. The Plumbing Manager will lead and develop a team of residential plumbing technicians, providing coaching through field ride-alongs and hands-on leadership. The position involves holding the team accountable for performance and service standards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, average ticket, efficiency, and callbacks, and supporting training, onboarding, and technical development. The goal is to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is not a desk-only role, as the manager will remain connected to the field.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in residential plumbing service and repair (commercial-only experience is not suitable for this role)
- Respected in the field and able to lead technicians
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office tools
- Ready to grow into a leadership role and hold a team accountable
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of residential plumbing technicians
