Requirements

  • Licensed Journeyman with a state-issued license.
  • 3+ years of relevant residential plumbing experience.
  • Skills in reading blueprints.
  • Code knowledge (NEC).
  • Must have all hand tools required for the job.
  • Tool proficiency.
  • Physical ability for installation work.
  • Ability to follow direction clearly and execute to timelines and expectations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean background check and drug screen.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be coachable.
  • Must follow process.
  • Must understand that EVERYTHING is tracked and the most important KPI is "billable efficiency" or revenue generated per hours from efficient installation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential installs with precision and professionalism.
  • Perform water filtration and softener installs.
  • Conduct sewer repairs and repipes.
  • Handle water line repairs and repipes.
  • Replace water heaters.
  • Install PRVs.
  • Perform HydroJetting.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and the team.
  • Lead and teach apprentices, raising their standards.
  • Solve problems, avoid shortcuts, and take ownership of the final product.
