Requirements

• Applicable plumbing installation experience.
• Experience installing drains, whole-home drain repipes, and plumbing systems.
• Mechanically strong and able to solve problems in the field.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to keep a clean, organized jobsite and van.
• Ability to take care of the customer's home.
• Professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Follow through on commitments.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Positive attitude without drama.
• Ability to do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
• Ability to be trusted to handle a job without constant supervision.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background screening.
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of plumbing installation work.
