About The Position

Sierra Air is seeking skilled and experienced Residential Plumbing Install Leads to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the capability to effectively offer the best solutions for customers' plumbing needs. The company is looking for motivated plumbers for both installation and service roles. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying candidates. The pay range is $75,000-$200,000+ including commission.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years’ plumbing experience
In depth knowledge of Code requirements for the installation of Water Heaters, Tankless Water Heaters, Water Softeners, whole home Re-Pipes and Re-Drains
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with Service Titan
Ability to work independently and self-manage
Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
General sales skills and aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
Proficient with technology

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve problems
Prepare cost estimates
Collect payment for services rendered when required
Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field
On call rotations
