Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Perform installations in compliance with the Texas Plumbing License Law, adopted codes, and local permit requirements
Coordinate with the office and management team on scheduling, material needs, change orders, and job status
Communicate professionally with homeowners: explain the work, set expectations on timeline and disruption, and walk the customer through the completed installation
Complete all required documentation, photos, and job close-out paperwork in the field before leaving the site
Keep the assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory clean, organized, and in working condition
Identify and communicate additional service or repair opportunities observed on site
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE and protection of customer property
