Requirements
- Apprentice Plumber License or willingness to obtain
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to maintain a service truck
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with a tobacco-free workplace policy
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems
- Learn to clear and maintain residential drains
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized work environment
- Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes
- Educate customers on plumbing issues in a clear, professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service
