About The Position

Air Comfort Solutions OKC, LLC is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team as a Plumbing Install Coordinator. This role is designed for someone who wants to "TRADE UP" to a better opportunity and is looking for a company that cares for its employees' well-being and rewards them appropriately for their hard work.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates for installations
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Manage customer and technician schedules
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
