About The Position
NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is Hiring a Plumbing Inside Sales Rep! This is a Full-Time inside sales role located in La Habra, CA. The position offers an annual wage of $75,000. Join NexGen Air, Heat, Plumbing & Electrical as an Inside Sales professional for our Plumbing divisions. We are seeking experienced closers with strong in-home sales experience and deep industry knowledge to drive growth with a trusted, fast-growing home services leader.
Requirements
- Proven in-home sales experience.
- Industry experience in Plumbing (2 years +).
- Strong phone presence, consultative selling skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Clear communicator with solid follow-through and CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Qualified inbound leads and follow up on warm opportunities from marketing and field techs.
- Consult with homeowners, present solutions, and build value around service options and memberships.
- Prepare estimates, overcome objections, and close sales with integrity.
- Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Track activity and results in our CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs.
