About The Position
Seeking a Plumbing & HVAC Estimator to handle takeoffs, review drawings, and prepare accurate project bids. This is a primarily office-based role with some field exposure.
Requirements
- Knowledge of plumbing & HVAC systems required
- Estimating experience preferred (any trade considered)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Detail-oriented and organized
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or QuoteSoft is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and project specifications
- Perform plumbing & HVAC takeoffs
- Prepare cost estimates (labor, materials, subs)
- Assist with bids and proposals
- Coordinate with project teams
