About The Position

Neffsville Plumbing & Heating, a Lancaster County favorite for over 75 years, is seeking a Plumbing Helper to join their growing family. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers a unique opportunity to learn the trades, with the potential to become a technician and embark on a four-year apprenticeship. Successful candidates will be trained to deliver high-quality customer experiences in residential plumbing repair and installation. Responsibilities

Assist in delivering parts to technicians.
Maintain equipment.
Help technicians on the job.
Help with plumbing, HVAC, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls and excavations.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
Help out on weekends occasionally.
