About The Position

Seeking qualified candidates to join our growing team in Austin, TX.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues related to multi-family construction.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug tests.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Excel, Word, and ability to use computer systems for data reporting, email, and scheduling.
• People skills sufficient to maintain good working relationships with the GC, sub-contractors and other trades.
• Own a personal set of basic required hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing operations on multi-family construction projects.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets quality standards and building codes.
• Coordinate with General Contractors (GC), sub-contractors, and other trades.
• Utilize computer systems for data reporting, email, and scheduling.
• Maintain good working relationships with all project stakeholders.
