About The Position

Sobieski Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Residential Plumbing Foreman. This job earns a competitive salary depending on experience. Requirements

  • 5 years of residential new construction experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience
  • Applicable state code knowledge
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Diplomatic
  • Mentoring ability
  • Passion for quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction for the field personnel.
  • Ensure that materials are at the job site prior to scheduling the labor needed to complete the work.
  • Evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction.
  • Assist with complex project installation challenges.
  • Report to and make recommendations to the project manager based on observations.
  • Confirm that proper procedures are being followed by all staff.
  • Direct the subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Provide informal job site training and guidance in plumbing methods.
  • Inspire field personnel to take great pride in their work.
  • Ensure each project's profitability while meeting deadlines for completion.
