Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- 2+ years of foreman, lead plumber, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience coordinating work with multiple trades on active construction sites
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and productivity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial plumbing crews on a variety of construction projects
- Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain production goals
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts to ensure accurate installation
- Oversee installation activities while maintaining quality standards and project schedules
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards
- Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, material tracking, and jobsite documentation
- Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and field personnel
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
