This position is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a leadership role, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and enjoys mentoring the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • 2+ years of foreman, lead plumber, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience coordinating work with multiple trades on active construction sites
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and productivity
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise commercial plumbing crews on a variety of construction projects
  • Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain production goals
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts to ensure accurate installation
  • Oversee installation activities while maintaining quality standards and project schedules
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, material tracking, and jobsite documentation
  • Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and field personnel
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
