This role involves overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing, enjoy leading crews, and take pride in delivering quality homes on schedule. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction plumbing
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices
• Experience managing production home schedules and multiple job sites
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with builders, office staff, warehouse personnel, and field crews
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential new construction plumbing crews
• Communicate daily with the office, warehouse, builders, and field personnel
• Manage warranty items within assigned communities
• Prepare material lists and submit daily job packs
• Review materials with crews each morning before they leave the warehouse
• Confirm all scheduled jobs are ready for the following day's work
• Ensure homes are completed and ready for inspections
• Monitor quality, productivity, and job progress across multiple communities
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
