We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Field Excavation Supervisor to lead and manage our on-site excavation crews. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities, equipment operation, and ensuring that our plumbing projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-3+ years of direct experience as an Excavation Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Crew Lead.
Proficiency in safely operating and supervising the use of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.).
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and grading plans.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from start to end for home and business owners.
Direct and supervise excavation crews, assigning daily tasks and monitoring crew productivity.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless daily site operations.
Enforce all OSHA safety regulations, conduct daily toolbox talks, and maintain proper use of trench shoring and heavy equipment.
Interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure mass grading and utilities are executed correctly.
Track and report daily progress, labor hours, and materials used.
