About The Position

The Plumbing Estimator is responsible for supporting operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the successful execution of company objectives while collaborating effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel. This role involves performing assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives, maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. The position requires effective coordination with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors, as well as maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting. The Plumbing Estimator will also support process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency efforts, and communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing. Additionally, they will assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities and ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Hand movements, including typing and equipment operation.
• Work in a typical office environment, sitting at a desk and performing prolonged computer work, with occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

• Previous experience related to Plumbing Estimator responsibilities preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
• Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
