They are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join their Plumbing Service Department. Requirements

• 1-3 years experience scheduling and dispatching service technicians
• 1-3 years customer service experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Work and Outlook
• Strong organization skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

• Bilingual is a plus but not required
