Requirements

- Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is an essential job requirement.
- Employees who operate company vehicles must maintain a driving record that remains insurable under the Company's vehicle insurance program.

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers and technicians with installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Learn plumbing systems, drain systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Support residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service while on job sites.
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Install plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services and recommendations.
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
- Perform drain cleaning, inspections, and troubleshooting services.
- Operate drain cleaning equipment and tools safely.
- Identify and resolve drain and sewer line issues.
- Educate customers on maintenance and repair solutions.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on all job sites.
