Requirements

Current Texas Apprentice Plumbing License required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
Flexible and able to take direction from supervisors and lead technicians.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Support service and repair calls as directed by Dispatch and Management.
Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs under supervision.
Safely use plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and other industry-standard tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and job site.
Respond to assigned service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, Dispatch, and office staff.
Follow company procedures regarding work orders, job documentation, and customer interactions.
Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, and work orders accurately and on time.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
