About The Position
Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking motivated and energetic individuals with positive attitudes to join their team as Plumbing Apprentices. This is an opportunity to enter an essential and in-demand trade with no prior experience required. The company offers full training and paid work experience. The Plumbing University program is a hands-on apprenticeship combining classroom and field learning to ensure practical application of skills. Career advancement opportunities, including pathways to becoming a journeyman and beyond, are available within the company.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with tight confined spaces and heights.
- Have the ability to work in extreme temperatures including heatwaves, rain and freezing cold weather.
- Comfortable getting dirty!
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Enjoys hands-on projects.
- Works collaboratively with others.
- Emphasizes superior customer service.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
