D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice in Midland — no experience required. We'll teach you everything. All you need is the right attitude and a willingness to work hard and learn. If you've been thinking about getting into the trades but didn't know where to start, this is it.
Requirements
- You genuinely want to become a plumber — this is a must
- Strong work ethic and reliability; you show up on time
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable working with your hands in the field
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Ride along with experienced plumbers on service calls and installs
- Learn to diagnose and repair plumbing issues
- Assist with tools, materials, and job site setup
- Build real, hands-on skills every single day
- Learn how to take care of customers the right way
