You’ll work side-by-side with experienced plumbers who will teach you the trade while you help them deliver five-star service to our customers. This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you’ll gain real experience in the field while building the skills needed to eventually become a licensed Journeyman Plumber.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to the shop each day
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
- Construction or trade experience
- Familiarity with hand tools or power tools

Responsibilities
- Assisting with plumbing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
- Helping install fixtures, piping, and supporting drain cleaning work
- Preparing and protecting job sites before work begins
- Cleaning up job sites and making sure customers’ homes are treated with respect
- Organizing tools, materials, and equipment for each job
- Keeping company trucks clean, stocked, and ready to roll
- Helping in the warehouse by pulling materials and preparing jobs for the team
- Delivering parts and tools to technicians when needed
- Participating in training and mentorship to grow your plumbing knowledge
