Requirements
- Trade school graduate or at least 1 year of residential plumbing apprentice experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, hard-working, and motivated mindset
- Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry
Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learning to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing systems
- Supporting lead technicians on service and installation calls
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs
