Requirements

A valid driver’s license.
Effective communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills are desirable, but prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

Utilize skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Diagnose issues and offer cost estimates to finalize the transaction.
Make necessary repairs for the customer.
Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone.
Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
