As a Plumbing Maintenance Technician, your role goes far beyond repairs and routine work orders — you help create a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment where residents and team members can thrive. This position will be responsible for plumbing needs at The Towne House and Prairie Landing. From preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to responding quickly when needs arise, you play a vital role in protecting the physical space that supports quality care. Your technical skill, reliability, and attention to detail ensure that both of our communities remain welcoming, secure, and operating at its best every day. Requirements

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing license preferred
• Previous maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests
• Perform routine repairs and water heater service
• Complete preventative maintenance to the water heaters at both communities
• Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs
• Complete domestic water system repair and replacement
• Perform bathroom finish work and mixing valve replacement or rebuilding
