Requirements

Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM or scheduling software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently

Responsibilities

Consult with residential and commercial customers to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Provide accurate estimates and explain service options, pricing, and timelines clearly
Collaborate with plumbing technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and industry best practices
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Support sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for plumbing services and products
Document customer interactions and service recommendations accurately in company systems
