About The Position

Mr. Holland’s Home Services is expanding its operations to the Watertown, WI community and is seeking a skilled, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Plumber. The company has been a pillar in the Milwaukee and suburban communities since 1997, providing Heating, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, and Electrical services. They value growth, teamwork, and respect, and are looking for professionals to join their elite team.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience with in-home sales or presenting service options to customers.
  • 2+ years of professional experience with the service, repair, and installation of plumbing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
  • Personable, professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong problem-solving ability.
  • High integrity, a valid driver's license with an insurable record, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • While not mandatory, a Journeyman Plumber License is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly Install, Repair, and Maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (water distribution, wastewater disposal) in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Build strong customer relationships while effectively selling plumbing products and services.
  • Accurately Determine the source of plumbing malfunctions and execute required repairs.
  • Respond to emergency situations, maintain communication with dispatch / management, and ensure a clean job site upon completion.
  • Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
