We are Starting a major commercial project and seeking highly skilled Licensed Plumbers to join our growing team. Requirements

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in commercial and industrial settings
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing code requirements, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
  • Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
  • Must have own tools and reliable transportation
  • Someone who embodies our Core Values and sets the standard for excellence

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day plumbing tasks on a major commercial new construction project
  • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and codes
  • Install various types of plumbing pipe and equipment including PVC, copper, and cast-iron systems
  • Install fixtures including sinks, toilets, urinals, drinking fountains, and other commercial plumbing fixtures
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage, and potable water
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and state building codes
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Mentor and guide apprentice plumbers when appropriate
