A fast-growing plumbing and water mitigation company is seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber to join their team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can handle a variety of plumbing tasks and has familiarity with water mitigation services. This is a field-based role requiring someone who can work independently and take initiative on job sites. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience
  • Must have own vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials
  • Must have own plumbing tools and equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with water damage restoration and mitigation techniques is a plus
  • Licensed or certified plumber (as required by local/state regulations)
  • IICRC certification in water restoration (preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies and water damage mitigation calls
  • Diagnose issues and propose appropriate repair or replacement options
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and project managers to complete jobs efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged
  • Follow all safety and regulatory requirements
