You’ll handle drain and sewer work end-to-end, but also step into light plumbing jobs like water heaters and targeted repairs. It’s a mix that keeps the work interesting, increases your ticket size, and actually uses your skillset. We’re looking for a strong tech who can diagnose, think, and communicate—not just execute. You’ll be trusted to run your own calls, explain options clearly to customers, and take ownership of the job from start to finish. Requirements

• Solid drain experience required (snaking, jetting, cameras)
• Plumbing experience a plus (especially water heaters)
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making
• Clear, confident communicator with customers
• Physically capable (up to 75 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license, clean record
• Team player who wants to grow, not coast

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear drain + sewer issues
• Run snakes, jetters, and sewer cameras
• Identify root causes and present clear options
• Perform preventative maintenance + inspections
• Handle light plumbing work: Water heaters Minor repairs and replacements
• Keep truck, tools, and work clean and organized
• Deliver a professional, confidence-building customer experience
