About The Position

This role focuses on receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory to support daily field and service operations. The individual will track, analyze, and report on warehouse stock levels and part availability, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials, equipment, and tools. They will support technicians by preparing orders, staging materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The position also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment, utilizing internal systems for documentation and reporting, and partnering with leadership to improve processes. A strong customer service mindset is expected when interacting with internal teams.

Requirements

1+ year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift, move, and manage materials and equipment safely
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory management tools (preferred)
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience a plus

Utilize internal systems (e.g., ServiceTitan or equivalent) for documentation, tracking, and reporting
Partner with the Warehouse Manager and leadership team to improve processes and support operational goals
Deliver a strong customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams
