About The Position

Seeking a full-time journeyman plumbing mechanic to perform both service and construction work. This role will primarily involve rough-in for smaller projects/renovations, finish work for new construction and renovations, tankless water heater installations, and some service work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage jobs efficiently and communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Plumbing school education.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes.
  • Ability to manage jobs efficiently.
  • Ability to do both service and construction work.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Own tools.

Responsibilities

  • Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, and faucets.
  • Install and maintain water supply systems, including locating and repairing issues such as leaks.
  • Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, prioritizing existing infrastructure.
  • Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, backup systems, hose bibbs, etc.
  • Install waste disposal and sanitary systems, ensuring well-functioning DWV systems.
  • Service plumbing, drains, evaporative coolers, and sprinkler equipment.
  • Perform rough-in for smaller projects/renovations.
  • Perform finish work for new construction and renovations.
  • Install tankless water heaters.
  • Perform some service work.
