About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various plumbing equipment and repairs, particularly in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, performing installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services.
Proficiency in operating sewer machines, closet & urinal augers, sewer cameras, sewer jetters/hydro jetting, ProPress machines (1/2" to 2 1/2"), PRV replacements (3/4" to 2 1/2"), commercial flush valve & sensored flush valve replacements, commercial toilet & urinal replacements, sensored and standard faucet replacements, mop sink faucet replacement, 3 comp sink faucet replacements, and commercial water shutdowns.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Clean MVR/driving record within the past 5 years.
No felony convictions for the past 10 years.
Ability to use phone and tablets without assistance.
Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing tools and systems.
Physically fit for kneeling, crouching, and carrying tools/supplies.
Strong troubleshooting skills to detect causes of leaks and clogs.
Basic math skills for measuring and cutting piping.
Detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

Operate sewer machines, closet and urinal augers, sewer cameras, and sewer jetters/hydro jetting equipment.
Utilize ProPress machines/tools for pipe sizes from 1/2" to 2 1/2".
Perform PRV replacements for pipe sizes from 3/4" up to 2 1/2".
Replace commercial flush valves and sensored flush valves.
Replace commercial floor-mounted and wall-hung toilets and urinals.
Replace sensored and standard faucet types, including mop sink and 3-comp sink faucets.
Execute commercial water shutdowns using main shutoffs for stores.
Diagnose and repair leaks and clogs.
Install new plumbing systems according to schematics and drawings.
Measure and cut piping accurately and determine material quantities.
Provide excellent customer service and build customer confidence.
Ensure all repairs are made with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
