Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work full-time, year-round.
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs.
- Ability to utilize company-issued phone and iPad.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with tankless water heaters, gas, and well pumps.
- Nexstar Customer Service Training.
- Interest in leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing services for residential clients.
- Operate company-supplied tools, including PRO-PRESS.
- Utilize company-issued phone and iPad for work-related tasks, minimizing paperwork.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills in areas such as tankless water heaters, gas, well pumps, and customer service.
- Potentially grow into leadership positions within the organization.
