Position summary: Assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes. We primarily are looking for an expert commercial plumber.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Possess and maintain required certification
Valid Driver's License
A minimum of 2-3 years in the plumbing industry
Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50lbs, occasionally 100(+)
Physical and mental awareness to safely operate a motor vehicle
Physical mobility to occasionally climb 24-26ft. ladder to grasp and retrieve items
Physical mobility to climb on a roof, crouch under equipment, and crawl under cabinet.

Responsibilities

Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools.
Maintain or repair plumbing by replacing or mending broken pipes, or opening clogged drains.
Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes or pipe fittings, using hand or power tools.
Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to required angle, using hand or power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machines.
Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.
