About The Position

A fast-growing plumbing and water mitigation company, is seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can handle a variety of plumbing tasks and has familiarity with water mitigation services. This is a field-based role requiring someone who can work independently and take initiative on job sites.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience
Must have own vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials
Must have own plumbing tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with water damage restoration and mitigation techniques is a plus
Licensed or certified plumber (as required by local/state regulations)
IICRC certification in water restoration (preferred but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
Respond to plumbing emergencies and water damage mitigation calls
Diagnose issues and propose appropriate repair or replacement options
Collaborate with customers, team members, and project managers to complete jobs efficiently
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged
Follow all safety and regulatory requirements
