Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and people skills; a genuine personality is a must.
• Ability to drive revenue from the truck; no ceiling to income potential.
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Well-groomed, clean-cut appearance; any visible tattoos must be covered, and no facial piercings.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and maintain focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to clients' homes daily to perform maintenance and/or repairs on their plumbing systems.
• Provide customers with choices by offering service, repair, or replacement options.
• Document all services and recommendations performed using a company iPad.
• Attend weekly training meetings and continually increase industry knowledge.
• Complete all other tasks in accordance with the company job description for the position.
• Keep the vehicle neat and organized at all times.
