About The Position

We are looking for dynamic licensed Tradesman and Journeyman Plumbers who know how to put the customer first, can go beyond solving what the customer needs and figure out how to deliver what the customer actually wants. Our office is a fun group of seasoned professionals that want to build the BEST plumbing company in the metroplex and have a blast doing it. In our office we treat everyone with respect and it's a true team environment. Help is always offered, available, and welcomed. All our vans are brand new, fully stocked, and ready for YOU. Our service area is basically all of Collin, Denton, and Rockwall counties. We are growing and scaling rapidly and looking for people who might also have experience, or a desire, to lead and mentor teams.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Texas plumber license
• Must have experience in home and commercial services
• Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field
• Must pass background check
• Ability to use plumbing tools
• Good physical condition
• Customer service experience
• Must pass drug screen
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Service Titan or HouseCall Pro
• Experience leading and mentoring teams
