About The Position

Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family-owned home services company serving Brevard County and surrounding areas. We deliver a world-class customer experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. We don't just hire plumbers — we invest in them. As we scale, we need skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft and want to grow with us. This is a residential service plumber position. You will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will be backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly from dispatch to customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in residential plumbing service
• Must have all required hand tools
• Ability to sell repairs and installations on-site
• Strong communication skills — able to present repair options clearly to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Follows our tobacco-free policy

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all aspects of residential plumbing systems
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and fittings
• Test joints and pipe systems for leaks and open clogged drains
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Meet KPIs for conversion rate, average sale, efficiency, and total sales
• Complete appointments on time and to company quality standards
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
