Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed or willing to become licensed (state-dependent)
• Oceanside Services may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Ensure safety and compliance with local plumbing codes
