Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and think on your feet
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
Physical ability to perform plumbing work, including lifting equipment and materials as needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Performing plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers
Diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting practical repair or replacement solutions
Communicating clearly with customers regarding the issue, recommended solution, timeline, and pricing
Completing accurate job documentation through the company app, including: Detailed job notes, Materials used, Before, during, and after photos, Completion of required solution sheets
Coordinating with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner
Ensuring all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
Maintaining a clean and professional service truck and jobsite
Treating customer homes, businesses, and property with care and respect
Staying current on plumbing products, best practices, and evolving industry technology
